Since 1998, Start is a production and post-production house. A particular care for new technologies, quality and image treatment characterizes us; this approach is reflected in all our procedures and working methods. We are active in different fields: from cinema to TV and from web to multimedia.
Everything is born from ideas, we add passion and creativity to those ideas in order to let them arise and give them value.
Realizing a film or a documentary is an adventure: collaboration is the key to success. Projects of convinced and determined directors thrill us and we are proud to help them developing their stories.
International co-productions are more than a target, they are great opportunities. Our most important works have been selected at Venice International Film Festival, Locarno Film Festival, Turin Film Festival, Visions du Réel, Cinéma du Réel, Filmmaker Festival, Festival dei popoli, Mar del Plata International film Festival and Biografilm Festival.

We are a laboratory accredited for post-production, press and materials storage of films produced with the contribution of MIbact (Italian Ministero per i Beni e le Attività Culturali).
We work with a resolution up to 4K using Quantel Rio, DaVinci Resolve, monitor Cine-tal and software EasyDCP by Fraunhofer.
